Cardi B, Cara Delivigne and Phoebe Bridgers each nailed this year's theme and tribute criteria. Sticking to the theme but elevating it to the person's own style has always been encouraged and an important part of the Met Gala. Not only was our attention caught by the glitz and the glamour that seemed to stay glued to our Instagram and TikTok feed over the following 2 days, but the Met Gala hair on many of the attendees was what really captured us, particularly 3 of the attendees. Throughout the many hours of the red carpet event, we were met with a huge amount of high fashion looks from fashion faces right across the globe.
Lagerfeld was well known for his career within the fashion industry, working with brands such as Chanel and Fendi to then creating and launching his own label. This year's theme, ‘Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty’ was put in place for those that attended the gala to pay tribute to the late fashion designer, Karl Lagerfeld through fashion and style.
The Met Gala 2023 did not disappoint this year when it came to the amount of drama and next-level style.
